She works 24/7, communicates in over 100 languages and helps hoteliers save 20–50% on staffing costs. From checking availability and preparing offers to completing reservations through connected systems, BE-A takes care of the routine while your people take care of guests.

Our founder, Filip Linek, experienced the reality of hotel operations first-hand: overflowing inboxes, missed enquiries, difficult shifts and a front-desk team stretched between digital tasks and guests standing right in front of them.
That experience became the starting point for BE-A — technology shaped by real operational problems, not just a theoretical vision of AI.
